The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced that it will auction multiple high-profile properties belonging to real estate tycoon Malik Riaz on August 7, 2025, following approval from the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The auction, related to the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust plea bargain case, will take place at the NAB Rawalpindi Office, located in G-6/1, Islamabad.
According to NAB, the properties slated for auction include prominent commercial and recreational assets in Bahria Town Rawalpindi and Islamabad:
- Bahria Town Corporate Office II, Plot No. 7-D, Park Road, Phase II, Rawalpindi
- Bahria Town Corporate Office, Plot No. 7-E, Park Road, Phase II, Rawalpindi
- Rubbish Market & Lawn, near Bahria Garden City Golf Course, Islamabad
- Arena Cinema, Plot No. 984-Broad-A, Phase IV, Rawalpindi
- Bahria Town International Academy, Jasmine Street & Silver Oaks Road, Zero Villas I, Rawalpindi
- Safari Club, Plot No. 27, Safari Villas, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
These properties were previously attached by NAB in connection with ongoing investigations and asset recovery measures.
